New Mexico is showing massive growth in their medical marijuana industry. Local companies are starting to mimmic your typical business with professionally made logos and storefronts. Currently New Mexico has 23 licensed producers that operate 37 medical clubs in 16 counties, that that number is expect to grow as current licensed business are applying to open up new locations.
This year $3 million in salaries were paid out to people in the medical marijuana industry, this number is up from the previous year’s quarter at $2.3 million. Like other states who have also recently legalized medical marijuana, New Mexico seems to be following in their paths.
