Good questions, Russ. – I for one, will welcome the changes ahead. – The trade shows priced me out long ago. – Marijuana festivals will certainly take place, and I believe there will always be a demand there for activism. – We have a LONG way to go to assure home growing, right to work, right to child custody, and simply an end to ALL discrimination. – It will take at least another generation to wipe away the heavy stigma attached to us by 80 years of the world’s largest propaganda campaign.
My biggest hope is that NORML will evolve to become a true consumers’ organization. Their inaction during Ohio’s vote to legalize was almost unforgivable. – If they come down on the business side, we’ll need to launch a real consumers’ union!
