Cats and weed—two of the modern world’s favorite pastimes. And it’s what the world needs now, more than ever. What happens if you put them together? The multi-million dollar cat videos industry could probably answer that question. Who do you think watches those clips? I mean besides hipsters, grannies and hipster grannies?
